The Burrage Mansion was built in 1899 for Albert C. Burrage, an attorney, industrialist, and philanthropist.
The mansion remained owned by the Burrages until Albert’s wife, Alice, died in 1947.
After The Mansion sold, it went through a variety of uses – including a doctor’s office and a senior-care facility.
Most recently, in 2003, the building was converted into four luxury condos with garage parking underneath.
The interior lobby and staircase's extraordinary quality and unique character have miraculously remained intact for more than 100 years.
