• The Burrage Mansion was built in 1899 for Albert C. Burrage, an attorney, industrialist, and philanthropist.

  • The mansion remained owned by the Burrages until Albert’s wife, Alice, died in 1947.

  • After The Mansion sold, it went through a variety of uses – including a doctor’s office and a senior-care facility.

  • Most recently, in 2003, the building was converted into four luxury condos with garage parking underneath.

  • The interior lobby and staircase's extraordinary quality and unique character have miraculously remained intact for more than 100 years.
